TokuSpirits Proudly Presents “Bioman Live in Manila 2023”

Exciting news for Filipinos who grew up in the ’80s and ’90s and loved watching Choudenshi Bioman (also known as Super Electronic Bioman)! Choudenshi Bioman’s five main characters, Kenny, Sammy, Frankie, Jun, and Kimberly, are making their first “Legend’s Reunite” appearance in the Philippines exclusively, thanks to TokuSpirits.
Throughout the years, TokuSpirits Event has featured Super Sentai actors from the 1980s and 1990s, including Ryousuke Kaizu, who played Hikari Sentai Maskman’s leader Red Mask/Takeru/Michael Joe, Kei Shindachiya who played Five Blue/Ken Hoshikawa/Ben of Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman, Michiko Makino who played Pink Five/Hikaru Katsuragi/Kimberly of Choudenshi Bioman, Kenta Sato who played Red Turbo/Riki Honoo/Ricky of Kousoku Sentai Turboranger, Toshihide Wakamatsu who played Black Condor/Gai Yuki of Choujin Sentai Jetman, Takehiro Haruhira (formerly known as Ei Hamura) who played TenmaRanger/Shoji of Gosei Sentai Dairanger and Shiro Izumi who played two Super Sentai roles as Change Pegasus/Yuma Izura of Dengeki Sentai Changeman and as the first official 6th ranger of the franchise as Dragon Ranger Burai of Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger and a lot more. This year, TokuSpirits and The Official Power Morphicon Convention features Ryota Ozawa, who played Gokai Red/Captain Marvelous of the 35th Super Sentai Anniversary series Kaizuko Sentai Gokaiger and Toshihide Wakamatsu during the Power Morphicon 2022 Event in Pasadena, California.
TokuSpirits will start the year 2023, as they feature an exclusive event called “TokuSpirits Bioman Live in Manila 2023,” for Filipino fans. The special TokuSpirits event will take place at The Linden Suites, 37 San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1600 Metro Manila, the Philippines, on the 21st of January, 2023. The exclusive event features our all time favorite Bioman childhood heroes like Red 1/Shirou Gou actor Ryōsuke Sakamoto, Green 2 /Shingo Takasugi actor Takahiko Ota, Blue3/Ryuuta Nanbara actor Akito Osuga, Yellow4/Yuki Yajima actress Sumiko Tanaka and Pink5/Hikaru Katsuragi actress Michiko Makino.

Bioman is the eighth installment of the long-running Japanese Super Sentai series made by Toei Company. Its 51 episodes were originally shown on TV Asahi from February 4, 1984, to January 26, 1985. In the Philippines, Bioman was broadcast on ABS-CBN from 1987 to 1988 and then again on IBC from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, it was one of the very few remaining tokusatsu programs in the Philippines that had an English dub.
