One Piece Anime’s Japanese Voice Actors to Reprise Roles in Live-Action Series Dub

This announcement was made during Netflix’s panel at Anime Expo, featuring a video featuring the meeting of live-action Luffy actor Inaki Godoy and voice actress Mayumi Tanaka. The production team’s commitment to preserving the authenticity and spirit of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece manga is evident. The live-action One Piece series will debut exclusively on Netflix on August 31st, featuring a talented ensemble including Inaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.
